Havozo also belongs to the tee tree family and is one of the strongest anti-viral essential oils, effective against shingles, herpes and meningitis. It is a gall bladder tonic and stimulates the production of bile. It is helpful for allergies and is a great treatment for flu. Apply diluted to the spine or chest and cover with a hot wet towel. Soak for 10-20 minutes. Repeat as necessary.

As a gall bladder tonic, start with a 5% dilution in olive oil and apply to the gallbladder daily for several weeks. For herpes: Do a weekly spinal treatment. In addition, make a 5-10% solution in Sea Buckthorn or Foraha and apply directly onto herpes outbreaks.
