Lemon Myrtle is helpful for relieving sinus and hay fever symptoms when inhaled. It is an expectorant, anti-catarrhal and antiseptic, so it is great for bronchitis, coughs and mucus in the lungs and respiratory system.

It stimulates the liver and is a welcome addition to acne and psoriasis blends. Dilute it well for this use.

Lemon Myrtle contains over 95% citral, which is more than any other oil, and it is known to be even more powerful in its germicidal properties than Tea tree oil.
