Neem is antibacterial, antiparasitic, antifungal, antiprotozoal and antiviral. It is a staple in India for ringworm, fungal infections psoriasis, and lice. There is controversy as to whether or not Neem should be taken internally. There are many other safe alternatives, so I do not choose to use it this way.

Neem is very helpful for pest control. It is used to deter pests from stored grains and is commonly used to deter pests by organic gardeners. It is popular for its ability to repel ticks and chiggers and blends well with Lemongrass, lavender, and cedar for this use.
