Peppermint is cooling and has anti-inflammatory abilities, which is quite useful in massage blends for tired, strained or aching muscles. It is also helpful to sinus or chest congestion when diluted and applied externally. It stimulates digestion. It is uplifting when used in a diffuser or inhaled. It releases blocked energy in the mind and body. Place a drop on a bug bite or chigger bite to relieve itching.
